1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any training course with GloCorp Training Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all online (Zoom) and in-person corporate training sessions.

2. Services

We provide:

  • Industry-specific corporate training programs

  • Delivery via Zoom (online) or at agreed premises (in-person)

  • Course materials (digital/physical) as specified in booking confirmations

3. Payment Terms

  • Exclusive Payment Method: Bank transfer only (details provided upon invoice)

  • Upfront Payment Required: Full payment must clear before:

    • Access to online materials is granted

    • In-person training is delivered

  • Non-Payment Consequences: No training will be delivered without confirmed payment

  • All course materials (slides, manuals, videos) remain our exclusive property

  • License granted for internal trainee use only

  • No recording/distribution of Zoom sessions permitted

6. Liability & Warranties

  • We are not liable for:
    • Technical failures (Zoom outages, client IT issues)
    • Indirect damages (lost business opportunities)
    • Improper use of training materials

  • Maximum liability limited to course fee paid

7. Data Protection

  • Personal data processed per our Privacy Policy

  • Corporate client data kept confidential

8. General

  • Governing Law: England & Wales

  • Amendments: We may update these terms with 30 days' notice

  • Force Majeure: Not liable for delays beyond reasonable control
